we use a truck-mounted steam system to clean commercial carpets. We treat each spot first, then pre-treat the entire area, then steam extract using commercial extraction shampoo.
We scrub or strip the existing floor with a commercial floor machine, wet vac the residue, then seal with a commercial sealer, and finish with a high shine, non-slip floor finish.
We use the same truck-mounted steam system as with the carpets, but for ceramic tile and grout, we spray on a dirt loosening agent, then use a special attachment that sprays steam from the truck into the crevasses of the tile, then vacuum the residue away.
